Each of our collector’s chests represents a rigorous standard of craftsmanship and a selection of exceptional wines. Given the unique and precious nature of our products, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:

1. Bespoke and Personalized Products In accordance with luxury industry standards and legislation regarding personalized goods, chests featuring custom engraving or a specific selection of vintages tailored to the client's request cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. As each piece is unique and crafted according to your specific instructions, the sale is considered final upon order confirmation.

2. Integrity of Grands Crus and Champagnes Wine is a living product whose quality depends strictly on storage conditions. To guarantee the provenance and perfect preservation of our bottles for all our clientele, we do not accept returns of wine or champagne once delivered. This policy ensures that the thermal storage chain remains unbroken.

3. Transit Damage Despite the extreme care taken with our high-security packaging, should your chest arrive damaged:

You must immediately record specific reservations on the carrier's delivery note.
Contact our concierge service within 24 hours, providing supporting photographs.
In the event of proven transit damage, we will arrange for the replacement of the damaged item or a full refund at our expense following an expert assessment.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Standard Collections only) For our non-personalized chests, you have a 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the chest is returned in its original, sealed packaging, unopened, and in pristine condition for resale. The costs and responsibility for secure return shipping lie with the client.

1. Order Cancellation

Standard Collections: Any cancellation request must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the shipping process has commenced, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Bespoke Collections (Custom Engraving & Selection): Due to the immediate nature of our artisanal personalization process and the reservation of rare vintages, all bespoke orders are final. No cancellations will be accepted once the engraving or specific curation process has begun.

2. Returns

Given the high value and fragility of Grand Cru bottles, returns are only accepted for standard, unopened, and sealed chests within 14 days of delivery.
Returns of individual bottles or customized chests are strictly declined to guarantee the integrity of the storage chain and the exclusivity of the product for our future clients.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are exclusively reserved for cases where a manufacturing defect is proven regarding the handcrafted wooden chest.
Should you wish to modify your selection after placing an order but prior to dispatch, please contact our concierge service immediately. We will endeavor to accommodate your request, subject to vintage availability and price adjustments.
